The Training & Placement Cell coordinates every part of a student's journey from classroom to career — assessing skill gaps, organising training, inviting recruiters to campus, and following up long after the offer letter is signed. The cell works closely with department coordinators so that every stream, from Commerce to Computer Science, gets equal attention during placement season.
Quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and verbal ability sessions to prepare students for company written tests.
Spoken English, business communication and email etiquette sessions delivered through the Language Lab and guest trainers.
A hands-on workshop that helps final-year students build an effective resume and a professional LinkedIn presence.

Short, certification-oriented bootcamps in MS Office, Tally, basic programming and digital marketing for non-CS students.

Not every student's next step is a placement offer — some are preparing for competitive exams, postgraduate admissions, or a business of their own. The career guidance cell works alongside the placement cell to make sure every student leaves LBSM with a clear plan.
The LBSM Entrepreneurship Cell encourages students to test business ideas early — through idea validation workshops, mentorship from local business owners, and guidance on government seed-fund and loan schemes for young entrepreneurs. A handful of our graduates have gone on to build ventures of their own.
The E-Cell's mentorship sessions helped me turn a hobby into a registered business. I started with a small loan and a stall at the college annual fest — today I sell across three districts.
We built our first prototype in the college computer lab. The Entrepreneurship Cell connected us with a mentor who helped us apply for a state seed-fund grant before we'd even graduated.
